Simple solution to poor signal indoors

Wi-Fi Calling

Wi-Fi calling has been with us for AGES now, and you’d be amazed how many of our clients we speak to who are struggling with a signal indoors that aren’t using it!

(Its even more amazing how many THINK they are using it - but aren’t!)

So, in order to end any confusion - here is a quick way to make sure its switched on - on iOS and Android. If you need any help with this, just ask us :-)

iOS instructions

Enter settings - then find the Phone option. Press it.

SELECT “WiFi Calling” - if it says “ON” as in this example - LEAVE IT ALONE!

Switch the button to the right - to make it Green!

If you’ve done it right - you will have a WiFiCall logo at the top left!

Android Instructions

Select your Phone (as if you’re going to make a call)

Click through to Settings

And then make sure ‘Wi-Fi Calling is switched on!
