NETWORK ACCEPTABLE PROOFS (important)
For Sole Trader applications the network will ask us to provide 3 proofs - 1 of identity, 1 of address, and 1 of the business. We usually find the easiest proofs to supply are your passport (identity), driving licence (address) and then any from the following list;
Business Proof List − UK bank or building society business account statement − Business utility bill* − Existing mobile phone bill (excluding Orange, T-Mobile or EE bills) − Business VAT registration certificate − Certificate of Incorporation (COI) or change of company's name − Certificate of charity registration − HMRC (Inland Revenue) statement − Business premises leasing/ rental agreement ** ALL DATED PROOFS MUST BE WITHIN LAST 3 MONTHS
Business Utility Bill includes gas, water, electric, council tax and fixed line telephone statements
Important information about purchases made on our site
By selecting a Service Plan above, you are expressing your interest in placing an order with VOOT. You will receive an email confirming the plan in which you have expressed an interest, and a member of our sales team will review your request, and conduct a business credit-check.
We may need to contact you to discuss either the Services or Equipment in which you are interested and, if this happens, we will call on the number you have provided to discuss your order. No price or other information on our site is binding on us until we have accepted your order.
Once we have spoken to you, or if our sales team is happy with your order and credit-check results, you will receive a second email confirming: (i) (if we have called you) any changes from your initial order; and (ii) that your order has been accepted.
If this is a pre-order or your chosen Equipment is out of stock, we will aim to send your Equipment to you within 30 days of the launch date, or (if it was out of stock) within 30 days of your order. Sometimes this isn’t possible. If so, we will let you know and if you are unhappy to wait more than 30 days, you can cancel your order.
If you change your mind, you may cancel the Service and return any Equipment to us within 14 days from the date that your contract starts. You will still have to pay for any use that you have made of the Services during this time, and the Equipment must not be damaged when you return it to us.
