Hosted Telephone Support Agreement

Modern phone systems are very reliable and rarely go wrong. However, just occasionally you may need to lean on us for some support, even if thats just to make alterations to your system to deal with operational changes. Name changes on handsets, the way your phones deal with incoming calls. Occasionally handsets will fail out of warranty too. We want you to be prepared for every eventuality so we have created our Telephone Support Agreement for you.

 
 

1-10 users - £20 per month

  • Hardware failure replacements for fair wear and tear

  • 1 site visit per annum inc 1st hr (usual cost £110 plus VAT)

  • 5 remote assistance calls for programming, name changes, voicemail updates etc (usual cost £25 per half hour)

  • Regular account reviews

  • Unlimited call divert setups

  • Broadband uptime monitoring

  • 20% off engineer rates

11-25 users - £30 per month

  • Hardware failure replacements for fair wear and tear

  • 2 site visit per annum inc 1st hr (usual cost £110 plus VAT)

  • 10 remote assistance calls for programming, name changes, voicemail updates etc (usual cost £25 per half hour)

  • Regular account reviews

  • Unlimited call divert setups

  • Broadband uptime monitoring

  • 20% off engineer rates

26+ users - £50 per month

  • Hardware failure replacements for fair wear and tear

  • 3 site visit per annum inc 1st hr (usual cost £110 plus VAT)

  • 15 remote assistance calls for programming, name changes, voicemail updates etc (usual cost £25 per half hour)

  • Regular account reviews

  • Unlimited call divert setups

  • Broadband uptime monitoring

  • 20% off engineer rates
