However a friend of VOOTs has sent us this review of his new Samsung S20. And we thought we’d share it with you - as we think it really should put a smile on your face at a time we all need it., Let us know what you think :-)

Review of Samsung S20 Ultra

By James Liam Taylor, age 35 and 5 months. Sorry 6 months

Hi there. First of all please let me introduce myself. My first name is James, my middle name is Liam & my last name is Taylor. When I was at school I used to tell everybody my middle name was ‘Ace'. I also made up a younger brother called Jason.

The Phone

I actually got this phone delivered to me in hospital as I wasn’t very well. There was a lad called Kevin in the cubicle at the side of me who told me he had the exact same pair of trainers 8 times. I will be honest I think he was lying trying to hide the fact he only had one pair of footwear and the smell they emitted resembled that of one of those long-drop toilets they have at Glastonbury that haven’t been washed since The Big Friendly Giant was known as The Mardy Little Toddler.

Anyway, a mester dropped the package off for me and I fell asleep straight away until they woke me up for tea (Shepherd’s Pie with Orange Jelly dessert).

After tea I had a quick shower and washed my hair and realised I had a huge knot in my hair. Quite a common occurrence when you sport godlike curls like your writer here.

It all went a bit manic. There were nurses running around, crying, I was curled up in a corner, The Pope arrived, the Queen was throwing Maundy money at Guide Dogs in training.

Luckily one of the lovely nurses managed to sort the knot out in my hair

And equilibrium was restored.

I opened the bag that contained my new brand spanker of a telephone The plastic that was used for this bag was less than desirable. Luckily I managed To hide it in Kevin’s tracksuit top pocket at the side of his signed keyring of Nicholas Lyndhurst.

The main thing i was excited about with this phone is that it has the audacity To have a 100x zoom on the camera. I am a big fan of wildlife and insects, beetles, moths and butterflies are my Main point of interest.

  • Love of insects? ✔

  • 100x zoom camera? ✔.

How excited I was to hone my talents and maybe answer the odd text message. Then I realised I was in hospital really poorly. And the world was falling to piece with COVID-19, and the whole country is in quarantine, and I realised that everything is just a kerfuffle.

I look forward to my next upgrade so I can give you another 5* review, it will be in perfect timing of when I’m next allowed to leave the house.

Thanks for reading

James Liam Taylor
